• Selanjutnya kita pastikan checkbox menu remote desktop tidak di centang, caranya klik tab Exceptions, lalu perhatikan ke bawah, hilangkan centangnya pada "remote desktop" dan klik OK, selesai deh...

Cara Kedua :

• Buka windows explorer, kemudian pada my computer klik kanan dan klikproperties kemudian klik tab remote kemudian klik advanced kemudian pastikan checkbox allow this computer to be controlled remotely dihilangkan.

Inti dari solusinya adalah dengan menghentikan akses remote desktop komputer server terhadap komputer client.
